The Cowsills Podcast

We are back!!! We are back from the Malt Shop Cruise and the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas!  We are alive but admittedly came crawling through Las Vegas minus two of our warriors and are home safe and sound for a while now.  We have a fantastic guest, Chris Ruggiero, today so sit back and enjoy hearing a very unique story from someone so young in the entertainment industry.

Hi everyone we are right now on our cruise ship somewhere in the Atlantic hopefully staying away from the rain and storms out there.  We decided to just have some fun and goof around in this episode but we ended having SO much fun we're going to do these types again.  Listen in and laugh and answer along with us!

Hello all we are right now in Tomball, Texas waiting to perform tomorrow night at the Main Street Crossing.  We've been doing interviews for the release of "Global" coming out November 8th when we are performing at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas and you will really enjoy where Paul and Bob found themselves Saturday night so have fun with the episode.

Well everybody we hope you enjoy visiting with our guest this week John "Papa" Gros, the great New Orleans ambassador of not only it's music but it's lifestyle, history and importance.  What a history and it is still unfolding.  Check him out before you listen even and you'll love the sounds and influences you hear.  You'll also see a very familiar drummer in these videos!  Okay everybody until next week...we love you all!!!!

In the spirit of our pursuit of highlighting family bands on the Cowsills Podcast we introduce to you this week as our special guest Secret Monkey Weekend.  As you would expect they have a great story.  If you read this first take the deep dive then watch the episode or just sit back and go in cold.  Either way, once again we see there are such talented and gifted people in our world.  Enjoy the episode.

Hello everybody we'd like you all to just sit back and relax and take a listen to what our brother John is up to.  He has a lot going on and he took the time out in his busy schedule to visit with us and catch us up on everything.  We have "Global" coming out and John is with us on that project so he's got a lot happening since he left the Beach Boys.

Hello from the road!!  We just wrapped up Ohio and Michigan and coming this weekend we have New Jersey and West Virginia.  We talk about this and that mostly that.  We will start having guests again next week everybody.  Hope you all are having a great autumn we're playing two autumn festivals this coming week!!

Well the Happy Together Tour has come to an end for another summer.  It was quite dramatic and you will enjoy the recounting of what happened at the Minnesota State Fair as we take you right through the end with the Washington State Fair show and a fun recap of the shows that ended our 10th consecutive summer tour.  We will be going out again next summer and they're even adding 10 more shows!  Enjoy the episode and we look forward to having many guests in future episodes and this podcast train is going to keep on rolling!!!

Hello everybody we have a very special guest today radio legend Mike Kirtner.  Mike became a fan of the podcast and we think you'll enjoy his reaction to it and what he came up with and implemented.  From the podcast we ended up launching a weekly radio show, "The Cowsill Chronicles", on 97.9 the River out of West Virginia you can download the app. Enjoy everyone we just ended the summer tour and a big fall/winter and spring are heading our way!

Hello everyone we have only 6 days left on our summer Happy Together Tour!!!  Wow!  No guest today but we share some great stories.  You can find out who started the bus fire on the band's tour bus and who is credited for saving everyone's lives.  We also explain why Howard Stern still doesn't like us and won't talk with us.  I guess we're in a long feud.  Also we address our "forced" night off at a casino in Michigan because they don't like "Indian Lake" and they don't like us.  Even our family band is banned from playing there.  Okay everybody have a great end of summer see you next week!!!
