“Hey everyone! My name is Tony Fieldson. I am from Orange County, California, and am 50/50 Cuban and Scottish. I was baptized Catholic, attended a mega Evangelical church in High School with my parents and younger brother, and had a miraculous conversion to Jesus Christ in His restored kingdom in 2008 when I was 22. A year later I served in the Mexico City North Mission. I am married to a heavenly angel name Afton, have 2 beyond precious little girls, and am a Junior High School Spanish and History teacher. I love learning about, living, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and building bridges of understanding and friendship with those of differing beliefs. I recently started a YouTube Channel, “The Restoration Table,” where I will share the greatest gems of The Restoration, and strive to have civil dialogues with those who hold opposing viewpoints – which I feel is so important to do, and sorely lacking in our modern times. Jennifer Roach is a mental health and chemical dependency therapist. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BA in Psychology and then went on to earn a Master of Divinity from The Seattle School for Theology and Psychology. After which she earned a Master of Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. Prior to converting to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2019 she was ordained clergy in the Anglican church. She has also worked in a variety of positions serving vulnerable families and adults. Jennifer lives outside of Seattle, WA with her husband of 25-years. They have a college age son and two dogs who keep them busy.

Ken Craig grew up in Southern California and Hawaii, then served a mission for the Church in Lisbon, Portugal. He attended BYU, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising – but his favorite thing about college was being part of The Garrens, BYU’s first ever sketch comedy and improvisation troupe. This is also where he met his wife Katie, and now, 25 years later, they still perform together at Comedy Sportz, in Provo.

After graduating from BYU, Ken and his family moved to Las Vegas, where they lived for 14 years, before moving back to Utah. They have eight children – 5 girls and 3 boys, and have already acquired a son-in-law.

Ken spent most of his career in advertising, but for the last four years he has worked in the Philanthropies department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You might recognize Ken as the bishop from the movie Once I Was a Beehive and the upcoming Once I Was Engaged, or occasionally in a commercial or Church training video – you know, if you are super into training videos. Additionally, Ken has written his first book – Faith, Fatherhood & Food – available on Amazon!
