Since 2009, the attorneys at the Never Again Foundation fight for children and other victims of domestic violence murder.  Since 2001, we have been awarded more than $288 million in judgments against abusers. The ability to obtain and collect judgments is not why we provide our work for victims free of charge. The primary focus of our work is on therapeutic jurisprudence – using the law to help victims of crime heal.
