If you type the prompt below into ChatGPT and answer the questions honestly, there will be for many of you an 'A-Ha' moment that normally would've taken hours, and probaby hundreds of dollars to reach with a therapist. Although maybe you still need that therapist to help you unpack it all.

Here's the prompt for you to copy and paste;

Let's go behind the masks I wear daily, the roles I play in the workplace, and at home, beyond the illusions I believe. Please take me through a process by asking me 10 reflective questions, one at a time, to help me recognize the stories I'm telling myself.
