This episode is a collaboration with The Jung & The Restless, a dream interpretation podcast. Olivia, Victor & Zach helped me understand a recent lucid dream by using an online dream symbols database. We also use other methods of dream-sharing in order to really dive deep and break down the dream. We talked about lucid dreaming, and how to improve dream control skills.

AI technology is a hot topic these days as we are watching it evolve before our eyes. AI can be used in any industry, even dream work. An AI system for interpreting dreams could be abusive if it were treated as a higher psychological authority; as an oracle of truth rather than a helpful tool. However, there are also many benefits when used correctly. Can a computer program interpret your dreams? If it could, would that be a good or bad thing? Where do YOU stand? Join the conversation, leave a review & follow us on social media!
Today's guest, Joanna Kowalewska, is a certified dreamwork professional and Yoga Nidra facilitator. She is the founder of Blue Lotus Queendom, and also wrote an eBook, delving into the integration of AI in dream interpretation while preserving the invaluable connection to our inner wisdom. You can download her E-book for FREE here.Â

The dream world is another dimension that we access while we sleep. Dream work allows us to innerstand the depths of our psyche and spirit. We can uncover parts of our past, present, and future. Through working with our dreams, we can heal trauma, get insights into our personal relationships, improve our lives, and an infinite amount of fun activities. We spend a third of our lives asleep which is usually neglected. Many people sleep walk through their dreams with little to no lucid awareness.
Our mission is to show you how your dreams can impact your life and act as your internal therapist. Not only will you learn to lucid dream on a consistent basis, but also to analyze your non lucid dreams, how to incubate different types of dreams, and so much more. To do this, we create not only an online course, but also a community that is safe for the discussion of dreams. This is the most extensive dream university curated by experts all over the world!Â
Testimonials:
I started the online course and I had a really productive LD last night! I am working on a new project outside of my specialty at work, and I have to create operative manual. So last night I dreamt that one of my co-workers was giving me markers and paper, and I became lucid. Then in my dream, I drew a simple scetch that describe the different aspects of the manual. I woke up, drew it and now I have the baseline of the manual.
-Yam (student)
I started having lucid dreams after watching these videos! I am so happy that I finally did it after trying for months. For all the people who think they cant lucid dream, YOU CAN! I never gave up, and I got alot of help from the Dream World University.
-Weitze (student)
Im so grateful for this community. I love reading everyoneâs adventures and how you explore consciousness. You all inspire me. I started listening to the meditations in the course, and my dreams are back to being clear after a period of not having dreams at all.

**Fundraiser to help Sara fight cancer
"The only thing that is real is love. Love is the ultimate reality"
Sara Phinn is an artist, writer & performer who uses her dreams as inspiration for her work. She sees herself as a channel simply gathering the raw data from what she sees, and bringing it to life. Her art is a beautiful collaboration with the universe, and the universe simply uses her as the paintbrush. Sara creates mostly VR and digital art, and you can check it out on her website. Â
Sara is an experienced lucid dreamer and psychonaut. A psychonaut is someone who explores altered states of consciousness. In this episode she tells us incredible stories about her past lives and vivid dream memories she holds in her heart forever.
Also, research has found that people who use virtual reality and play video games are more likely to become better lucid dreamers. On her youtube channel, DreamSeed_VR,  Sara shares some recent studies that confirm the connection between lucid dreaming and virtual reality. She also explores introductory techniques to induce lucidity from normal dream states.

Legendary minds like Salvador Dali, and Thomas Edison used their liminal dreams to boost creativity and solve problems in their work! Guess what, you can do this too! We are all natural liminal dreamers, and we pass through this phase every time we fall asleep, or wake up!
What is hypnagogia? How can we learn to navigate the in between phases of sleep where we are half awake and half asleep . What is the science behind this phase of sleep?
Jennifer Dumpert wrote the book Liminal Dreaming. Â I am so honored to have her as a guest. Thank you Jen, for putting up with my hectic schedule and terrible wifi connection!
You can find her website, and books here
At the edges of consciousness, between waking and sleeping, thereâs a swirling, free associative state of mind that is the domain of liminal dreams. As we sink into slumber, we pass through hypnagogia, the first of the two liminal dream states. In this transitional zone, memories, perceptions, and imaginings arise in a fast moving, hallucinatory, semi-conscious remix. On the other end of the night, as we wake, we experience hypnopompia, the hazy, pleasant, drift that is the other liminal dream state. Readers of Liminal Dreaming will learn step-by-step how to create a dream practice, integrating the deeply unusual half-waking dream states of hypnagogia and hypnopompia into their lives in personally meaningful ways. Working with liminal dreams can improve sleep, mitigate anxiety and depression, help to heal trauma, and aid creativity and problem-solving. Liminal dreaming practice is also far easier to learn than lucid dreaming practice, making it possible for the reader to begin working with these dreams this very night.

The love between a child and their parent is a powerful and beautiful energy. Shout out to all the good parents out there who are raising future generations! In this episode, I am talking to parents who cherish their dreams, and incorporate them into their family routine. How can we teach kids about meditation and lucid dreaming to overcome night terrors? How have your dreams helped guide you through parenthood? How do expecting parents connect with their baby in utero through dreams?
Children are natural vivid dreamers who are closer to pure consciousness. Parenthood is important work and it will awaken a whole new part of you.
