In this solo episode, I talk about why I think failure is something we should run towards and not away from and why it's a necessary part of any learning curve. I also discuss the self esteem movement, why it didn't go as planned and what it can teach us about winning and losing.
On this episode we talk about Paddy's (Patrick Finerty's) journey of sobriety and overcoming the difficulties that come with it. This is a very heartfelt and off the cuff conversation where we both upon up about the problems a lot of us face in today's society. We go into detail about Alcohol and drug abuse / misuse and the path of getting sober with the hopes of inspiring others who seek change.
I took a lot of value from this conversation and find Paddy to be a massive source of inspiration, I'm sure you will too.

Welcome back to the podcast. The first one of 2022. I sat down with Eoin Dobbin Cato and talked all about achieving balance in life and what that looks like. We touch on goals for this year and travelling we have planned. We touch on some personal and business goals. We talk all about balance and what that means to us and what actually matters in life.
Please let us know if you enjoyed this, and if you did you can buy me a cup of coffee to help support this podcast :
In this episode I have my good friend Mark Rice on where we talk all things goal setting, whether it's big or small, taking action and actually achieving your true potential. This is probably one of my favourite episodes so far as myself and Mark have conversations like this any time we talk and have been meaning to make a podcast for months!
Please let us know if you enjoyed this or what your thoughts were. You can find mark on socials at Mark Rice
In this episode I have David Kelly on to talk about his training and how much of an impact making fitness part of lifestyle has had on life and health over the years. He is 70 years of age and talks about why you shouldn't let age be an excuse, but a reason to priories your heath, stay active and eat a well balanced diet. He's also in the process of starting a new business which is more to the point of why age is really just a number.
He is feeling better than he felt at 50 with no signs of stopping or slowing down. I met David in Marbella and thought found him inspirational, so I'm sure you will too. What a legend !
David's brother is a well known physio in Ireland "The great AK sports physio" Alan Kelly and we touch on his incredible journey battling 4 types of cancers and how he overcame such adversity. Unbelievable stuff

I had the pleasure of having my long term client Sarah on the podcast recently where we talk about her journey.
Where she started, wondering if "this is how life will be?"
What mistakes she made in the past.
What she's learned after a year and a half of coaching and working on herself
And how she's let go of a restrictive mindset around food to lead her to the happiest she's ever felt.
I got a lot of value from this and I'm sure you will too!
I had the pleasure of having Andy Payne on this podcast again, and in this episode we talk all about creating your own sunshine this time of year (and any time of the year). We share our thoughts and tips on how to help set yourself up for success and happiness during the winter months.
Exercise, Nourishment, Mindset are Andy's 3 pillars which we talk extensively on.

Today's episode is all about fresh starts as it's the start of another month and the end of a weekend of eating out and drinking for most! Now is a great time to focus on your goals and utilising motivation, I also discuss whether or not now is the best time to try and lose weight and what my approach to this time of year is with both myself and my clients.
Is it realistic to give your 100% all of the time? Here's what I get my clients and I to focus on instead of always trying to give 100%.
