What's going on guys and welcome back to Life's a Wreck! Happy New Year and from everyone here at Life's a Wreck we hope it's better than the last two :D This week on the podcast I'm joined by my best friend and roommate Allister Nicholson to simply chat. Too often in the world of mental health, we get caught up in the big picture conversations but it's these kinds of conversations that can make the biggest impact. Showcasing two male best friends talking openly about their lives through the lens of mental health. This is Allister's third time on the pod and this time we went into it with no plan but ended up talking about perfectionism, creativity and finding a direction in life.
