Yes, life doesn't have to be a struggle, regardless of what you think about what's actually going on in your life right now or your previous "failures".
Yes, you can allow what's best for you come about in your life by allowing yourself be. A lot of "allowing" going on here. And this is the secret to a wonderful life.
We're constantly plagued by one of our thinking mind's greatest drawbacks... wanting.
So, for starters in this episode, we explore the fundamentals of want, starting with the most fundamental want of all... wanting to be wanted! After all, it's nice to be liked, particularly when, using our normal thinking mind normally, we may not like ourselves all that much.
We explore comparative want - wanting what others have, wanting what we think makes those others look more happy and successful that we think we are ourselves.
We inevitably explore jealousy and the roots of comparative thinking and, in the end, we realise that it is thinking itself that is the root of all our problems or, should I say, perceived problems.
We'd be better off not thinking at all! We'd be better of... letting ourselves be.
And that's where this episode will take you.
