It doesn’t matter what you’re investing in, understanding the economics of your chosen asset and how both micro and macro economic factors can affect that asset is key.

In today’s episode I jump into the economic factors that can make or break a self storage deal. We go from debt cycles and the economic overview of the last several decades and how storage has weathered those cycles, to where the self storage industry is right now in today’s market cycle, and we even jump into the tools that government can use to control the economy that can also act as signs to eny savvy investors.
