The Final FronTia with Tia Kofi

Comedian, writer and gloriously chaotic storyteller Daisy Doris May is our guest on this episode of The Final FronTia!

Known for her sharp stand-up and viral online sketches, Daisy has built a reputation for turning awkward life experiences into comedy gold. Daisy has performed at the likes of Melbourne International Comedy Festival (where she was nominated for Best Comedy in 2025) and, most recently, finished her sold-out, five star-reviewed debut UK tour with her show BIG NIGHT OUT, fresh from her third Edinburgh Fringe.

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Daisy talk about the realities of building a comedy career in the social media age — from posting sketches online to navigating the weirdness of audiences who feel like they already know you. They also dive into the strange alchemy of turning personal chaos into jokes, the highs and lows of performing live, and why comedians are often the worst people to put in normal social situations.

They also share dating disasters and the sometimes surreal experience of having your most embarrassing thoughts become your most successful content.

Along the way, Daisy shares stories from the stand-up circuit, the creative process behind their characters, and how they have learned to embrace the awkwardness that makes her comedy so distinctive.

It's chaotic and candid on this episode of The Final FronTia - as Tia is joined by Drag Race star Nyongbella!

Nyongbella is best known for her memorable run on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK - where she was the third queen of Cameroonian descent to compete in the franchise, and the third trans contestant to compete on the UK edition.

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Nyongbella get deep into it... all whilst Nyongbella does Tia's make-up (watch this episode on YouTube for the full experience!).

Nyongbella reflects on the whirlwind of entering the Drag Race universe, becoming a meme machine and the surprising wave of love she received from fans after the show aired. She opens up about feeling misunderstood in the competition and why being labelled “delusional” never quite landed when she simply sees it as confidence.

Away from the competition drama, they get into everything from drag names to fandom culture, childhood ambitions (which of them wanted to become a Powerpuff Girl?!) plus a blind Drag Race ranking with plenty of commentary about the ever-expanding drag universe.

We have a wickedly funny episode of The Final FronTia for you... as the hilarious Daniel Foxx is on the show!

Daniel is an award-winning comedian and writer. His debut show "VILLAIN" completely sold-out at Edinburgh Fringe 2023 and toured internationally, including sell-out runs at New York's SoHo Playhouse and London's Clapham Grand. His new tour "How Lovely" is touring across the UK in 2026.

Daniel is also the co-writer of the musical Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula the Sea Witch, which is playing now at The Other Palace in London.

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Daniel talk all about heartbreak (inspired by Daniel's new tour), horrifying dating app stories (who goes on a date with a puppeteer?!) and the Peter Pan syndrome of refusing to age gracefully... including some painful sounding fillers!

They also talk about countryside living, whether "gay snowflake" should be rebranded as "snowdrop" (it absolutely should) and the merits of 2000s indie music (The Killers vs Kings of Leon)...

Before the episode wraps, we have a chaotic game of "Name That Villain" where they prove their extensive knowledge of baddies!

We're here with a new episode of The Final FronTia... and things are about to get very, very geeky.

Yes, Lawrence may be the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race UK and they may be an international touring powerhouse, but in this episode it's less about drag and more about sonic screwdrivers.

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Lawrence dive deep into their shared Whovian obsession — favourite Doctors, companion discourse, villain rankings, regeneration trauma, and the pure camp theatricality that makes the show such a cultural touchstone.

They talk about growing up queer and finding escapism in sci-fi, how Doctor Who shaped their imaginations, and why the show’s heart — kindness, hope and a bit of chaos — resonates so strongly.

Naturally, there’s chaos too. The pair swap stories about touring mishaps, Drag Race sisterhood and the delicate art of reading someone without actually starting a war.

But then... war does break out... as Lawrence and Tia go head-to-head in a battle to find out who is the biggest fan of Doctor Who, and there are stakes!

Along the way there’s plenty of silliness, shared broadcasting trauma, and a mutual appreciation for surviving live TV without melting into the floor.

We're joined by an undeniable winner on this episode of The Final FronTia as Ginger Johnson joins Tia on the show!

Ginger has won Drag Race UK, Celebrity MasterChef and is one of the few queens who have won three challenges in a row in any of the Drag Race franchises! They're touring their new show Show Pony across the UK through-out 2026 and 2027.

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Ginger talk about the brutal reality of Snatch Game, why Drag Race is scarier than MasterChef and the real feelings that dominate a Drag Race experience.

Ginger also pulls back the curtain on what it actually feels like to walk into a competition knowing your reputation is on the line - and how deciding you’re going to win can change everything!

Along the way, there’s a chaotic quiz pitting chefs against academics, and a preview of Ginger’s upcoming tour - complete with jazz, cannon flashbacks and absolutely no promises about what kind of woman she'll be by September.

We're joined by an international drag icon on this episode of The Final FronTia! RuPaul's Drag Race UK star and Polish wonder Alexis Saint-Pete is on the show!

Only the third Polish queen to compete on Drag Race, Alexis has been a ballet dancer since the age of 4, and moved to the UK at 12 after winning a place on dance school. Talk about talent!

On this episode of The Final FronTia, Tia and Alexis talk about the rapidly growing Polish drag scene, performing in Eastern Europe, the importance of representation beyond the UK and US drag bubbles and why political drag feels so vital in places where queerness itself can be an act of resistance.

Alexis also introduces Tia to a full spread of Polish snacks - rated live on the mic in a very heavily ASMR moment - plus they talk about Drag Race Poland (manifesting!), reality TV frustrations, horror films, snack rituals, and a very questionable round of "real or fake".

She first burst onto our screens as a teen powerhouse on The X Factor, and now she’s back with new music, new clarity and a whole lot of hard-won wisdom. Janet Devlin is our guest on this episode of The Final FronTia!

Irish singer-songwriter Janet Devlin has been a mainstay on the UK indie charts ever since releasing her debut album Hide & Seek in 2013.
