What you focus on grows. Have you heard that? You’ve all heard about the blue car or yellow car phenomenon…you don’t see them until you are looking for it. It’s still there-they have always been there- you just didn’t notice it. Today I wanted to dive into things that we can measure but we typically don’t think about or see. As we step into growth and become who God has called us to be there are changes that we can’t see with our eyes but we can FEEL when we know to look for them. These are sometimes more important (and tend to directly correlate with those tangible things we can see and measure).
Growth is more than metrics- it’s about who we are becoming…so who are you becoming? Let’s dive in!

Do you crave authenticity? I know I do. Above all, I want to be myself. I want to feel like myself, and I want to do what God has called me to do. We talk about purpose and wanting to know why we are here on this earth…but what people (including myself for several years) avoid is looking at WHO God created us to be so we can do what he planned for us in advance and the purpose and impact He has give us. Our secret sauce is hidden in self-awareness…not not selfishly…I know what you are thinking- this sounds a lot like the world, Tami. It’s not the same. Hey Friend! Today, I wanted to give you a little sneak peek into the amazing Vision Lab that we just wrapped up. Creating a vision is more than a craft project or envisioning a life of luxury. Creating a vision is a multifaceted plan of attack, framework, and path for our life. For our dreams. AND for what God has for us to do, He has put it inside our hearts.
I wanted to share a little about our Identity Vision (who we are called to be) and our Impact Vision (the legacy we are called to leave on this earth). These two vision elements have not been discussed, and it's time we change that!
So listen in..and get excited about how stepping into WHO we are called to be and the IMPACT we are called to make can help us push past our limitations and comfort zone and get the lasting fulfillment and legacy we are looking for!

We all know that challenges, setbacks, roadblocks, and hurdles happen. Life can slow your roll OR knock you completely off your feet. We aren’t questioning if a trial will happen- we know they will. What we can question is how do we handle it when it does. Knowing our vision is actually a benefit in this respect! Our vision can drive us, keep us going, and encourage us to keep going even as challenges hit. In today’s episode, I dive into a new way of looking at setbacks, action steps we can take right now to help build our resiliency muscles, and how to identify potential setbacks early. In this episode, we delve into the intricate relationship between vision and the Enneagram, focusing on the heart triad, which includes types two, three, and four. We are continuing our theme VISION for the month, and I wanted to give another way to really understand yourself when it comes to creating a vision (or what may be stopping you).
Through the lens of the Enneagram, we can examine our focus and what is stopping us from experiencing the full experience of developing a vision. It’s more than what you are afraid to say…or admit. It’s more like, “Where are my instincts keeping me safe rather than allowing me to get out of my comfort zone? "
