Gillian Swinton came to New Zealand from Scotland, originally planning on just stopping by for her OE. But after falling for a Southland farmer she now calls NZ home. 

Living in rural Otago, Gillian spends her time growing food, raising animals, and living the homestead life, all while working full time!
