Think back to the greatest teacher or Coach that you ever had.  What made them have the most influence or impact on you?  It was most likely NOT their knowledge but rather than inspiration.  There is a lot more to having an impact than just your knowledge base.  Take a quick listen and let your brain come up with a new thought pattern.  Enjoy!
