THE GRIEF ISSUE
Welcome to Lennon Courtney Left Alone, a podcast about conversations we have when we’re left alone.
This week it’s The Grief Issue. It can be a heavy topic to broach but Brendan and Sonya take you through their experiences with their standard warmth and wit.
Sonya talks about living with her mum's dementia and her recent move into residential care. Brendan shares his losses from childhood to more recent times and how his own brushes with death have changed him.
In this episode, Sonya and Brendan also suggest that we need to be more open in discussions with loved ones about how we want to see out our later years. It's not an easy subject but hopefully it will give you some comfort and food for thought.
If you enjoyed The Grief Issue, leaving a review and giving us five stars on iTunes would really help the podcast grow. All you need to do is click here and type away to your hearts content! It would mean so much and is a great practical way to support Lennon Courtney Left Alone.
We hope you are continuing to stay safe and thanks so much, as always, for listening.
