It's been a very mature week for Nessa between rescuing her houseplant to finally bring her recyclable bottles back - She is, understandably, mortified by the whole experience. To make herself feel better about the whole experience she asked for your everyday mundane embarrassments - And you didn't disappoint with everything from thanking the bus driver to bringing lunch to work getting labelled as well and truly cringe worthy.
Niamh's own embarrassing experience of having lipstick on her teeth leads the girls to consider veneers. They try to decode the dentist's mystery language when speaking to the dental nurse while they check your teeth, and Nessa recalls a time spent in the dentists chair arguing mid-examination.
And in the new segment for 'The Chronically Offline' Niamh and Nessa explain the phenomenon that is 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' and do their best to wrap their heads around their world of swinging scandals, sodas and SSA husbands.

Niamh and Nessa are back! And there's a lot to catch up on from new houses, to disastrous wedding trips, not to mention the biggest night out either of the girls have had in a while, Niamh's hen, of course! The girls fill you in on all their news from their Summer off.
And barely recovered from the previous weekend's festivities they chat all about hangover cures. It's no surprise to hear that Nessa loves to rot away on the couch while Niamh favours a sea swim.
There's also a new segment for this season, where Nessa puts all her time spent on TikTok to good use and offers a weekly explainer of the latest viral video to the chronically offline.

Niamh's about to get the keys to her new house but she's starting to get nervous about the thoughts of moving in and dealing with her new neighbours. What if they put fish through her letter box? Or steal clothes off the line? They might sound like ridiculous things to be nervous about but they're real experiences listeners shared with us about their neighbours from hell.
Friend of the podcast, Bonnie Ryan has experience coping with difficult people next door, from signs proclaiming to 'Free Benny' to water pouring through her ceiling and everything in between.
This is the final episode for this season of Unveiled but if there's anyone you want to hear from in Season 3 or any topics you want covered get in touch on [email protected].
Nutritionist and founder of JS Health, Jess Sepel seems to have been destined to work in the world of supplements. She's felt the benefits herself and seen them transform the lives of women she's worked with, helping reduce their cortisol and improve their skin. If you're overwhelmed by all the options, Jess has all the info on where to start with supplements, what to look out for and what we should all be taking.
She also talks about her own health issues - A serial fad dieter it took Jess a long time to start living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of her body. She also opens up about her OCD and how it affects her as well as her journey to become a mom.
Is Taylor Swift the new Elvis or The Beatles? Well, if she is Niamh and Nessa are decidedly out of the loop. But she's not the only celebrity the girls don't understand the hype around, it turns out no one is worth the cringe of asking for a picture or queuing for a meet and greet.
Niamh ponders another attempt at dry July and reveals how close she is to getting her house keys, while Nessa talks financial boundaries and what happens when there's different incomes within a friend group.

Who needs enemies when you have bridesmaids like this? After last week's dilemma from a bride who was badly let down by her bridesmaids, we had a influx of people sharing their own experiences with bad wedding behaviour, everything from demanding a bridesmaid go on a diet, to family being told not to have any life events for the next two years until after the wedding.
Niamh also gives an update on her new house and wonders if she has an eye for interiors, as Nessa does her best to offer some tips from her own experience.

Both refreshed from their trips abroad Niamh and Nessa are back in the studio together and full of news. Nessa insists she had a brilliant time in Mallorca despite her traumatic drive up the mountains and the salt water plumbing stinging her skin.
After enduring a string of bad luck, Niamh is starting to get nervous about her wedding which is less than 5 months away and wonders if she's forgetting something. No matter what happens it can't be worse than the listener who got in touch to ask for advice after her bridesmaids failed to arrange a hen for her or even text her back with their dress sizes!

But, even a dream job can become boring and that's what happened for Vicki so she left to write her first book Reality Check. She told us about making that jump, and how she's trying not to lose her identity in her job again.
She also opened up about her child free lifestyle and the judgement she and her husband face for their decision to be a DINK couple (double income, no kids).
