When I joined my first boxing gym it didn't take long before I adopted the regular hastag #FightFamily to describe the people surrounding me in this training environment. It was the sense of belonging, connection and being 'in it together' that lured me in and had me hooked. 

Today Bobby and I talk all things training hard, seeing (or not seeing) our results and what really motivates us to be a consistent gym-goer.
