Do you believe in the power of your mind? It turns out, one of the most powerful tools for healing happens to be right between your ears. Not only is there science to prove it, but there are endless stories of people restoring their health through these subtle mental shifts—which we got to hear from Kelly Gores, the woman behind the award-winning Heal documentary.

Kelly Noonan Gores has been working in entertainment since she was seven years old.
