America is facing a health crisis. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, and chronic illness are affecting millions. But Christians are not exempt. Why Processed Food Is Not God's Design
Grocery stores are filled with highly processed foods loaded with chemicals, artificial ingredients, preservatives, seed oils, and hidden sugars. These lab created products were never part of God's original design. Annette shares how following a simple, biblical eating pattern, similar to the Daniel Fast, helped eliminate prescriptions in her own life and brought lasting health changes. Real food supports healing. Processed food feeds disease.
The Biblical Blueprint for Health
From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture highlights foods created for nourishment and healing. Annette teaches three core principles. Eat the foods God called good. Avoid what harms the body. And follow healthy rhythms like eating at set mealtimes, fasting between meals, and allowing the body to rest overnight. When we treat our body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, our choices change.
