Some of us let it get a little out of control, though.
Learning to control it will create high level results for your life.
And less pain in the process.
As a self proclaimed worry wart by nature, I get how uncomfortable it can feel to step out of those old cycles of worry-anxious-nervous coping and into healthy control.
Choosing to do it is still worth it: because of who you become in the process, how your life starts to align with God's purpose and your passion, and the fun that comes from no longer letting anxiety-worry control you.
