In this episode, Heidi Hadley interviews Bron Hadley.  Bron recently held a workshop for the Total Somatics membership.  She was such an amazing lady with so much to share that Heidi wanted everyone to experience the energy, passion and zest for life with the Somatic Movement & Mindset podcast.

Heidi and her husband have, for many years supported charities and events which highlight Domestic Violence.  They are passionate about supporting survivors of this issue, which covers all socio-economic levels.  So when Heidi heard that Bron is also creating a non profit organisation within this area, she also wanted to cover this within the podcast, to get Bron's message out there.
