I felt very compelled to speak on this topic. Maybe it's because I see a lifestyle + mindset of gratitude as the only way to live. I chat about a recent moment where I was feeling so grateful for the life I live- for how far I've come personally like gaining independence, how I've been able to financially support myself, etc. I talk about how I'm living my dream life yet feel guilty for it at times. I explain how I believe this is a common thing especially for women to feel guilty of success or like we have to downplay it, but it should be the opposite. We chat about the importance of celebrating wins, giving back when you're able to, and being overall grateful for what you have and not resentful for what you don't.
