With all the recent discussion and debate about DEI, it seems to me that some pretty important aspects of inclusion and belonging haven't been a part of this conversation. On this episode, I offer some of my perspective on these important issues. I also share some specific things we can do to focus on creating authentic environments of inclusion and belonging, which are fundamental elements of healthy and effective teams and organizations.
