Our ability to support and empower others, as well as create success and fulfillment in our lives has to do with if and how we show up. For a number of reasons, especially these days, this isn't always easy. On this episode I share about some recent struggles and a tragic loss and what they have taught me about the importance of showing up. I also talk about how we can show up for ourselves and others, even and especially when things are hard.
