In our everyday life, we tend to push away the present moment. We live with our focus solely on the past or the future. We do not accept ourselves for where we are at, here and now, and everything that led us here.
We get stuck fighting this battle with ourself DAILY. The anxiety creeps in “why did I do that?” “Why did I have to struggle so hard.” “Why did I... why did I... why did I?” And we feed those thoughts energy. And as the law of attraction works, we attract more of those past experiences into our present moment.
It is time to accept yourself and everything that led you to this moment. This is the first step towards inner healing and manifesting your dream body.
