When you're on your path, you are driving in your own designated lane. This is not the time to do shoulder checks on other people's lives or wonder about who's driving that fancy car beside you. By focusing solely on your own needs and honoring that you do things differently than others, this is the best way to keep your two hands on the steering wheel and focus on where you're headed, no matter how tempting the Instagram creep might seem.

Self-love is a weird, uncomfortable, concept where you might think: "well, WTF am I supposed to do with that?" I know. I get that. I've so been there with you. Today, we explore how the concept of being in a relationship with yourself and how the hell we can get there (even when it feels miles away).

This episode is by far the most powerful one I've done yet. After reading When the Body Says No: The Stress-Disease Connection, Robyn had a live breakdown on Periscope when she had the a-ha moment that her past, toxic relationship may have contributed to her multiple sclerosis. Robyn vulnerably shares about her healing journey, her return to self-love, and how she built a new life. 

This episode is full of realness and truth and Robyn honestly shares about how she overcame hardship and really did the work to transform her life and health. Robyn's MS is now in remission, she's finding work/life harmony doing what she loves, and just got engaged to an amazing human and ultra-supportive partner. Robyn is openness is truly inspiring and this episode is one of my favorites so far.

Camille and Dan are seriously shaking up the way we do food. They created the world's easiest way to grow your own greens. I'm excited to have Camille on the show because I have a feeling you'd totally dig HAMAMA. 

What impresses me most is that Camille and Dan are two MIT mechanical engineering grads who worked on the MIT food computer and used their ultra-technical knowledge to build a seriously simple home farm. Most importantly, they designed it so it's basically impossible to kill your plants. (Genius, right?)

After suffering for years with health complications, the big ah-ha moment came when she began cutting gluten and processed foods out of her diet. The several medications she was on were no longer needed and even her life long symptoms disappeared. Since healing herself naturally, Becka has dived deeper into this lifestyle and believes that health doesn't just end at food. Meditation, mindfulness, gratitude and kundalini yoga have also become a big part of her life. She is the blogger behind Going Grainless and the co-host of the Gluten-Free Girlfriends Podcast.

Although counter-intuitive, rest is productive. We all fundamentally understand that rest is important, but the HOW part is vague. Many of us are relying on a belief system that says: "hustle is golden ticket" and taking a rest break is going to slow us down. This episode unpacks this notion.

Chances are, you don't really talk about your health and what you are working through with your friends over Sunday brunch. So, sometimes, it's really easy to feel in the dark and like you are seriously the only one going through this stuff.

My intention with this episode is to make you feel less alone and to remind you to keep going and investigating your health if any of these warning signs sound familiar to you.
