Have you ever felt confused or lost? Are you not sure where you want to get to? Or are you trying to figure out how to get there? Have you felt frustrated and wondering why? Have you felt stressed? Would it be good to ask for support but are unsure who to ask or how to ask? Those feelings are not at all unusual. Most of us have felt that way at times.
