Eric Z. Yang is the founder of Lead Next Gen, a virtual summit agency and International keynote speaker. Born and raised in Paris, France, he flew to the U.S. at 18 to pursue his entrepreneurial dream without any network, net worth, or business experience.

Not wanting to fake it to make it, Eric realized he could invite speakers to share their expertise at his event and sell tickets to attend his conference - and built his first 6-figure conference before turning 20.

After realizing that in-person conferences were unscalable, Eric dove deep into the virtual summit business model in 2017. Since then, his events have gathered over 50,0000 attendees across 40 countries.

Eric is also the author of Virtual Summit Launch Formula and host of the F*ck College Podcast.
