Signature Cocktail: the Templeton
Spend your time eating, gnawing, spying and hiding, but be a merrymaker, not a glutton.
1 lemon wedge
2 tsp maple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2oz bourbon
10 fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish
lemon and mint, for garnish
2-3oz ginger beer (optional, for highball)
Combine lemon, maple syrup and bitters in a glass and muddle, then add blueberries and muddle further. Add ice and bourbon, and stir. Either strain into a cocktail glass, or pour into a highball glass and add 2-3 ounces of ginger beer. Garnish with more blueberries, lemon and mint.
