Bio: Dr. Jenn Dazey is a Co-Faculty Member in the Department of Botanical Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. As a Registered Herbalist, practicing Naturopathic Physician, and author, Jenn studies and teaches internationally with a particular passion for tropical and temperate folk medicine, with a specific focus on the medicinal properties of seaweeds and mushrooms. Jenn’s academic focus includes Botanical Fusion Medicine, connecting cultures through botanical medicine, culinary practices, hydrotherapy, environmental medicine, and conventional lifestyles.

David is passionate about supporting patients experiencing anxiety through herbal medicine. In this episode, he shares with us his clinical insights on how to differentiate between and select the most appropriate anxiolytic, nervine, or adaptogen herbs for your patient.
