Bio: Sue Read is a Registered Psychologist and Founder and Director of Life Unlimited Psychology with over 18 years of experience in Clinical Practice. Sue is particularly passionate about providing support after trauma and chronic illness and preventing burnout in corporate environments, for athletes, military personnel as well as individual wellbeing. As a former Olympic athlete and goalkeeper for the Matildas, Sue has a great understanding of the importance of finding and maintaining motivation to prioritise our own health, despite high physical and mental demands.

David is passionate about supporting patients experiencing anxiety through herbal medicine. In this episode, he shares with us his clinical insights on how to differentiate between and select the most appropriate anxiolytic, nervine, or adaptogen herbs for your patient.

Bio: David Casteleijn is a Naturopath with over 30 years experience in Clinical Practice, as a lecturer, a member of the board for NHAA, and Vice President of the World Naturopathic Federation. David is also currently completing his PhD on the topic  ‘A Naturalistic Observation Study of the Herbal Medicine Treatment of Anxiety and Depression’.
