Liam discusses recent surf trips to the Bristol wave park - loving life in board shorts no less!! He rode his twinny and goes onto to talk about a thought experiment into what it might be like to test out loads of different boards and approaches to surfing at a wave park and what it could do to advance your surfing. 

Will chat's about bumping into "the shit wave police" in the sea on recent Cornish excursions - and how different his morning and evening surf's were (performance wise) 

The lads then finish on chats about mindfulness, the power of raising your consciousness via plant medicines and how to raise the stoke by taking better care of your body.
