This week, we dive deep into why the ego is what holds us back from surf progression...we then talk about what we can do about it! 

In true "mindful surfer" vibes, we discuss how to use awareness of your breath and your thoughts to allow the negativity to pass - falling off your board, not being able to get in the water, crowds, fears etc etc! 

As Liam said "every person who's not on the dance floor watching people who're on it want to be that person who's on the floor...be the person on the floor - facing fear and doing it anyway"

We dive deep into what it's like to be triggered by our own negative thought and feeling spirals whilst in the surf - in how related they are to our own unique set of likes/dislikes and past experiences.
