Today, I just wanted to say hi and connect with you guys (hello new followers!) by showing you my bare-minimum makeup routine for when I want to ‘look alive’ and feel a little peppy. I also just wanted to have a little chit chat on some things that have been on my mind this week, so give it a listen if you want to learn more about my advocacy + the honest truth on being at the lowest lows AND wanting to feel a little ‘normal’ !

Hey everyone!
I made a post the other week talking about Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders. Many of you reached out, so I wanted to discuss it further with you!
Yes, anxiety means we are a living breathing person. Without anxiety, humankind definitely wouldn’t have survived / evolved. However, at what point does it become too much? What are some of the limitations that are experienced by people with anxiety disorders? What is ‘quality of life’? I answer these questions and provide some more insight on the core root of the problem, in hopes that it validates those who experience it and educate those who don’t.

Hey everyone!
Welcome back to The Model Tongue Podcast, I am your host, Karyn Inder.
Gary, known as That Deaf Canadian Guy to his 107K followers on Tiktok, educates and shares awareness surrounding the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community through witty and comical TikTok videos.
I have been a fan of his for a long time and we definitely share the same sense of humour. I am so honoured to have him as a guest today as we discuss what it was like to grow up deaf, the changes society can make to accommodate those who are hard of hearing, the importance of ASL, things hearing people should know AND we smash some stigmas here and there :)
Thank you so much Gary! Please go check out his videos on TikTok!

Hello friends!
My name is Karyn Inder and welcome to The Model Tongue Podcast. A podcast that is dedicated to providing a platform for others to speak their truth and find their voice.
In today's episode, Caterina Moda and I make breakfast and do some catching up. We talk about feeling comfortable in our bodies, what it’s like to model and the role our partner’s play with regards to our instagram esthetic (LOL spoil alert, we put them through alot) and Caterina’s teacher tips & advice to parents who want to educate / discuss diversity with their children (so important)
We also discuss mental health and applaud the strength that goes with living with mental illness. To anyone out there struggling or experiencing mental illness, we see you, you are badass!
