For so long, I blamed them.

My anxiety, my fears, my patterns — all of it.

But then I realised… they were just trying to survive too.

Most parents never set out to hurt us — they’re just doing their best with what’s in front of them.

That realisation helped me let go of anger, and see the compassion and resilience they passed down.
