Jimmy Rex did the latter. He travels the world (often!), writes books, participates in rescue operations to save kids from child trafficking, owns restaurants, supports countless charities, throws pool parties that Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz drops in to... all while running one of the top few real estate teams in the State of Utah. 

Jimmy Rex is easily the most interesting man in real estate; and if there's someone more interesting, I'd love to meet them! :).
