My guest, Dr Sarah Winward, is a Naturopathic Doctor, breastfeeding expert, and former doula who helps parents meet their feeding goals with their babies and better understand the challenges they may be facing. As an IBCLC with craniosacral training, Sarah has the superpower of being able to diagnose and treat the root causes of nursing issues — leading to easier feedings, happier babies, and relieved parents!   

During this interview, we talk all things lactation, including why we need to start demanding better lactation care in hospitals, what makes shopping mall or airport feedings so inefficient, and why we need to reject the myth that feeding is “supposed” to be painful.
