You value your relationships -- that's without a doubt. And, knowing that, I can imagine how many times people have come to you for advice.
Maybe your friends, your mentees, or your family have come to you in moments where they're experiencing something in life that's troubling them. They trust you. They know you'll guide them. They know you hold space for them when needed.

Empathize with the people in your life by understanding the emotions they're experiencing rather than the experience they're going through. What does this mean?
I'm sure you have experienced emotional pain. Maybe that pain was caused by the example above: heartbreak. Dive into the full episode for the full thought dump on this. And, would love if you shared this with someone in your life.
