Today’s episode is a conscious exploration of what it means to be spiritual.

I get so many questions on this topic, and I thought why not answer this question in this podcast. 

Because I want to make you aware of a dark side to the spiritual movement.

It needs to be spoken about and addressed!  

This is based on what I’ve noticed in certain Facebook groups about Spirituality that I’m part of..

And I’m sure that you’re going to find this episode useful on your journey ahead, especially when discussing this topic with friends and family.

What is spirituality? 

Each of you might have a different understanding, but to me spirituality is recognizing that you are of spirit. 

And that you’re not just this physical body that comprises of you brain, your bones, flesh and blood. 

You are more than just that......
