If you want to build a physical therapy business that lasts, what is the skill you need to pay attention to? In business, it's not just about what you know – it's about mastering the one skill that can take you to the top.
This week's The Dave Kittle Show episode, I will be joined by a special guest, Joey Allbritton from Rehab CEOs. Joey Allbritton, from Dallas, Texas, started his career journey at Texas A&M University, studying Biomedical Sciences with an initial interest in dentistry. After not getting into dental school, he worked as a dental hygienist for four years. He then pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UT Southwestern in Dallas. Combining his healthcare background with a newfound interest in marketing, Joey shifted his career towards helping physical therapy clinic owners grow their businesses, leveraging six years of specialized experience. On the personal side, he met his wife at Texas A&M, with whom he has two sons, Owen and Elliott, and two dogs, Cheddar and Brie, completing their family.
