When COVID happened, Amber realized that her pace of running, coaching, working as a Critical Care PA and burning the candle at both ends wasn’t sustainable. She pivoted into the field of functional medicine and has paired her love of health and wellness with her medicine experience.   

Functional medicine is a root cause form of medicine. The functional medicine provider will work to uncover the why - the reason for the symptoms, not simply treating the symptoms themselves. Western Medicine is limited in it’s ability to investigate and discover the underlying cause of a problem.   “Where can these symptoms be coming from?” is the question that your functional medicine provider will seek to answer.
