Questions we answer this week are below;
I Have 3 clients from the same household I took on 4 months ago just before lockdown who train on zoom together now doing group pt. They have got results however I feel like they need more of a 121 approach. What would you suggest I do with them? Thanks
With regards to T&C's, as there's quite a lot of different bits, obviously bar the PAR-Q and health bits would you recommend including these all in one document/jotform that they can sign or split these up in to different areas? Please and thank you! How to motivate clients within sessions who just stop when it starts to feel sore? Have this one who does like 3 reps and stops but the weight is moderate to them🤷🏼♀️ Don’t want to nag them but I feel it’s a more confidence thing ?To what level would you use MI techniques in a fresh interaction with someone, whether in DMs/on the gym floor if at all?1) I am running a free 7 day challenge and got 50 people signed up. While I'm happy with that number, most of them came from cold leads by posting in community Facebook groups.
I didn't get many from Instagram which surprised me as 1) the challenge is free 2) I feel as if i've put most of my effort into Instagram.
I promoted the group by putting out CTAs during the week and shared a link to a mailchimp landing page they could sign up through, I was also using stories to create awareness & curiosity.
Does this potentially mean I am still not being specific enough with my marketing and not creating enough interest in what I do? Any other tips would be appreciated here.
(BTW, I am still happy with the number of leads I generated but just feeling a bit frustrated with Instagram).
2) I don't understand how to take time off and still charge full price. Any chance you could go over this again how to set up your pricing and service so you can still get paid for time off.
I'm currently stuck on this and not understanding why a client would keep paying full price if they are not getting a full service. My current way of solving this is to double up on sessions before or after the holiday.
I feel a great deal of loyalty towards a couple of clients who have stuck with me for many years. As a result, I still have a few of them on old / discounted prices. What's your thoughts on this? Is this sensible / should I up their prices?
Best advice for efficient time management for a schedule with multiple moving parts to it - previously used time management planners but struggle to keep up with updating it due regular changes to my time. Any other ways you suggest ?
Whats the best method you've used to prioritise tasks ?I’ve got a free fat loss course launching later this month. Would you recommend trying to incorporate motivational interviewing with individuals before, during or after the course? Basically if I do motivational interviewing before/during could it affect any potential sign ups after as people may feel they’ve solved their problems/know what to do (if that makes sense!). There is a local PT who advertises £20 online coaching on billboards etc. I am a bit nervous to put my offer out because of the price being severely undervalued in the area. How do I manage people's expectations for price? I know I should probably just highlight my terms of service and focus on my on shit 😅
