In the age of social media, society has witnessed a significant shift in behavior and how people interact.

Why do so many well-meaning individuals choose to remain silent and passively witness online attacks?

It is disheartening to see good people accepting this behavior as the norm. We need to reject such behavior and actively protect those who are being targeted.

As leaders in our professions and communities, we are responsible for protecting others from unwarranted attacks, no matter where the attacks are coming from. We have to always stand for what is right.
