This week it is International Women’s Day, I am proud to have Barbara Scully, a woman I greatly admirer as my guest. Barbara is a mother, a grandmother and a wife. Barbara is a broadcaster for Newstalk FM, a regular panelist on the Elaine Tv Show and an Author. 

Barbara is refreshing, funny, she is not afraid to give her opinion, she is informative, articulate and liberating to me and so many women around Ireland. Barbara has completed her 1st book, which is focused on The Power of Women. Today we discuss, the importance of sharing women’s personal stories, women’s health, the need to embrace acceptance of ourselves and how we can empower each other through age and in womanhood, along with so much more.
