This week I got to have a conversation with the courageous Brian Pennie.
 Brian is the author of Bonus Time, a Psychologist and an Ex-addict of 15years. 

We discuss trauma, addiction and why Brian believes he fell into addiction. We explore together self-denial, self-deception, self-awareness, self believe, compassion and connection of self. The power of self-talk is an undeniable learning in this conversation. This Podcast gives and inside view to the psychology of addiction and the psychotherapeutic process surrounding it.
