This episode, I am joined by Dr Nicole Nasr, a psychologist & founder of Journey.

Nicole shares her insight and journey into becoming a therapist, sharing tips and awareness guides on how the therapy process can aid and support your life, not only mentally, but by actually 'taking in the whole person'. This is something that both myself and Nicole are passionate about sharing and utlitising this awareness in our private practice, we are 'integrated beings' and therefore need to be cared for as so.

Nicole also shares how and why she founded, Journey! A platform where therapists and coaches can find support throughout their careers, through learning more alternative skill sets, making connections with like minded souls and the business operations skills needed to support every growing therapy business.
