Formerly an international journalist, Katherine burnt out and broke down in her late 30s and, finding herself single, childless and in an unsustainable career, was forced to reevaluate her life. 

Katherine specialises in helping people to understand their patterns of behaviour, break free from self-sabotage and build the life and the relationship they deserve.
