Stacey is a licensed therapist, founder of Detangling Divorce, mum of two and newly divorced. 

Stacey shares her deeply honest story, views and insights into trying to navigate separation, divorce, co- parenting, different values,  in laws and 'societal' traps women can fall into!

We discuss game changers in a relationship, red flags, excuses, the 'knowing' and the gap between 'knowing & taking action'. The courage it takes to leave a relationship that no longer works for you , choosing yourself and getting to acceptance!
