  • Getting Out Of No Man's Land

    Episode #107

Most business owners start their business to make money and have more freedom in their life but they end up becoming a slave to their business.

Most business owners are perceived as being successful, charismatic, and leaders within their business but when you take a look into their personal lives & relationships, they're falling short. Their life has become about them serving their business and not the other way around.

They typically hold the belief that nobody could replace them. And when they become profitable enough to hire someone who is like them, or even better than them to do the job, they become hesitate because the idea of replacing themselves means they are not going to be needed and this terrifies them.

In this episode, we talk about the importance of setting up your business to serve you to your highest purpose and HOW to do that through upgrading yourself, your methodologies, and your belief operating system.

You get to discover a way to reset yourself and become a business owner rather than a business operator. You get to be that business owner who is free to experience all the best in life not to become someone who is a slave to their job.

Identify where you're at and make a shift. Reset and reclaim. Make your business serve you to it's highest purpose.

What you will learn in this episode:

    • The importance of constantly improving yourself

  • The Power of Polarization in Relationships

    Episode #106

In a relationship, polar opposites usually work well together. The wife who is naturally feminine needs her partner or husband to be in his alpha or masculine state.

As the relationship progresses, women tend to test their partner's masculinity, how secure and how grounded he is as a man. If you fail that test by getting triggered, she will feel insecure and she will become more alpha to get that security she needs.

During these tests as a man, there will be times when you succumb to the pressure and you become more beta which requires her to become more alpha in the relationship. You choose to become beta because you think its easier that way to just follow what she wants than arguing with her.

You have individual needs in the relationship but in order to meet each other's needs, you have to communicate and cooperate with each other.

In this episode, we dive deep into HOW exactly to do that.

To open up healthy communication you must first recognize her and validate her needs so that she can feel seen and heard.

After that, you can now express your needs and relate them to her. Offer a solution but ask her to cooperate for you to achieve it together.

You then get to reclaim your natural masculine state. In order to reclaim it, you must first regain the trust of your partner. Show her that you honor your word, you can control your own natural state, you can take a stand and she can rely on you.

This is what it looks like to become an alpha in the relationship and show your masculinity.

    1. You get to be firm about your decisions and actions
    2. You get to be decisive by knowing what you want and actually do what you say you're going to do.
    3. You get to have a high level of integrity.

If you have all of those masculine elements above, your partner will then fall gently into her natural feminine state.

When polarization fades away, this will become lacking in your relationship. Reset your natural masculinity and regain the polarity in the relationship.

In this episode you will learn:

    • How to reclaim your masculinity
    • Importance of polarization in the relationship
    • Importance of integrity and being able to take a stand
    • Importance of communication and cooperation in solving the problem

  • Do You Feel Like A Stranger in Your Own Home?

    Episode #104

Have you ever felt like you were just a paycheck?

Like you're just living to go to work, earn money, come home to do things around the house, fix things, lift heavy stuff and then go back to work and repeat the process?

As men, we have historically held the identity of being the provider.

Typically, we are the ones who go to work to earn money and provide for our families in the aspect of finance. Because of this, we end up having to skip some of the special events with our families.

We miss out on the memories of our child's music recital or graduation, a field trip, or maybe our child got into trouble and we're not there to hear their side of the story and provide them with guidance.

And because we missed all of these events, we end up feeling like a stranger in our own homes. We end up feeling that our wives have a deeper connection with our child because we are missing out on the experiences.

Is this something you can relate to?

If you found yourself in this situation, what would you do?

Would you naturally resort to feeling like a victim? Or will you step up, take ownership and be the powerful man that you are?

Remember this, you will always have a choice.

What you will learn in this episode:

    • The three things to do to stop feeling like a stranger in your own home
    • The importance of taking ownership
    • The importance of going to the Alpha Reset

  • It's Not Your Staff, It's You

    Episode #103

Business leaders complain regularly about underperforming staff BUT the way they perform reflects what kind of leader YOU are to THEM.

    Let that sink in...

If your staff is underperforming, then typically, it is because you have trained them to work that way. They work and treat you the way you have treated them and by the standards, you have set.

If you don't allow your staff to execute certain tasks, then they will have no chance to prove to you what they're capable of.

The truth is, most business owners we talk to, don't trust their staff and are afraid that the business might fail so they do all the work by themselves and then complain of the low productivity of their staff later on.

Business owners should develop themselves as an investment. Leadership training hones your leadership skills so that you can also develop your staff to increase their productivity.

You must realize that the solution to your problem is YOURSELF as a leader. When you become realigned with yourself and your purpose and step up as a leader, everybody else steps up and your business will grow exponentially as a result.

What you will learn in this episode:

    • The importance of being the right leader
    • The importance of trusting your staff
    • The importance of having a mindset that it's all on you

  • The Guilt and Shame of Working So Much

    Episode #102

We feel guilty when we feel that we've been missing out on moments with our loved ones due to working too much.

We ALSO feel guilty when we don't feel like we've hit the vision of what we think we SHOULD be doing, especially, if what we're doing is not serving us.

In this episode, we talk about how this feeling of guilt is caused by pressure from society. The demands that are placed on men by society turn them to work more and to be at work more. Men often fail to be present with their loved ones because they are working too much, resulting in a feeling of guilt and shame.

In order to change this, you need to have a self-check. If this is you, you may feel like you have lost your way and have been missing a lot of important things in your life.

In this episode, we teach you how to get back to what really matters to you and how to get rid of the things that aren't serving you in order to clear yourself from guilt and shame.

In this episode you will learn:

    • How to eliminate the guilt and shame from working too much
    • The importance of proper communication with your loved ones
    • The factors that cause men to work too much
    • How to know what really matters to you and get rid of the things that aren't serving you.
