  • Are You Paying Attention to the Warning Signs?

    Episode #85

Most men have the belief that to provide for his family is to provide "financially". So as a result, he hustles and grinds every day to earn money but eventually loses himself in the process and doesn't have anything more to give when he gets home.

He's physically there but emotionally absent. Women tend to notice immediately if their partner is not doing well in the relationship but men, most of the time, will only figure it out later.

Men typically figure out there is an issue in the relationship AFTER he has already pushed his partner far away, has made many broken promises and the trust is gone.

In this episode, we talk about how men should be proactive and pay attention to the warning signs so they can do something and make a change while it's not too late.

Be aware of what's going on around you. If you are being tested by your partners and they are giving you the warning signs, be grateful because you now have the opportunity to make amends. Once you recognize the warning signs, take ownership of what you do as a man and take massive action.

If you ignore the warning signs, you will pay the price and will have an even tougher journey later on because you failed to make things right when you had the chance.

  • Break The Rules!

    Episode #83

Success does not always mean having material things, making a lot of money and getting that feeling of significance and respect from other people. Many financially successful people are unhappy because they became exhausted hustling and working hard thinking that these things will make them happy.

There are so many rules in place that are holding them back and that makes their life monotonous. The more money they make, the more they become unhappy because these rules take them away farther from the real essence of what it means to be a human being. This void cannot be filled with material things. Fill this void within by breaking the rules and give yourself permission to experience spontaneous fun.

People oftentimes feel the need to be busy all the time where they think that having fun is a waste of time and money. They do not realize that sometimes while making fun, more creative ideas pop up. If you bring fun or joy in most areas of your life like in work, you will make a lot more progress.

Do not depend on your happiness on anything or anyone. We don't need anything else outside ourselves to experience joy. We have the joy and fun inside us, we just need to learn to generate it and show it.

What you will learn in this episode:

    1. Allowing yourself to experience spontaneous fun
    2. How to bring fun to yourself and to others
    3. Knowing what really makes you happy
    4. Importance of incorporating fun in most areas of your life

  • The Alpha Recap #2

    Episode #82

Holding back from the things you wanted to say and do will HINDER you from being free from all the stress and anxiety.

You end up feeling trapped within yourself from keeping all the emotions and energy inside because you are afraid that people might judge and see your weakness.

We oftentimes feel frustrated and anxious because we are FIGHTING our emotions.

To gain that peace we seek and break free from the frustration and anxiety, we need to learn to take the first step -  which is to surrender.

We work hard, we hustle thinking that if we do this we can make more money, we will become successful and then we can be happy but in reality, we can NEVER BE FULFILLED if we carry loads within us.

The anxiety and frustrations eventually consume us if we do not let it go. Some men do less but get a lot more done because they are free emotionally. They liberate themselves from this anxiety and depression. It is not how hard you work but taking a look at what is happening inside you that is most important.

Invest in personal development or business coaching such as the Alpha Reset. It is not required that you be in a specific position or know anything specific to be involved. What you just need to do is SURRENDER, let go of all the anger and frustrations that you have inside and allow yourself to be coached. Alpha reset is a space where you can express, open up, share your emotions and be seen for the man that you are without judgment.

It is not a surrender of giving up but a surrender of letting go and no longer fighting the pressure, guilt, and shame. It's time to liberate yourself and enjoy your life without the need to hustle.

What you will discover in this episode:

    • The difference between being productive and busy.
    • How your business can be suffering by lies you tell yourself.
    • Actionable steps to becoming more productive in business and life.
    • How to set yourself free of old phrases that are no longer relevant.
    • How to shift your belief systems.
    • How to get closer to your goals by being productive.
    • Operating out of faith and flow not fear and force.
