Episode #656
How can you break the barriers that have been holding you back?
How often do we take the time to work on our unconscious brain?
There are things that we are unconsciously committed to that we're not even aware of - yet it's why certain patterns keep replaying in your life. This is the "emergency brake" that keeps you from achieving your goals, dreams, and desires.
Figure out what it is that you are complaining about. Pick one of the Five Territories and choose a scenario you complain about the most.
All that complaining is a symptom - it means you are unconsciously committed to the results that you are getting. Stop complaining about it and figure out why you are unconsciously committed to it.
Remember: Energy flows where attention goes.
In this episode, we are going to talk about ways to leverage your brain to stop self-sabotage, how the conscious and unconscious brain works, how to break barriers that have been holding you back, and how to work on your subconscious brain.

Is it possible to read between the lines of what women want and meet their needs without asking them?
Some men would say NO...
Some men would say YES...
We all know that women are different but most of them, if not all, are difficult to read.
This is probably the most crucial thing in every husband and wife's relationship...
...but what if we told you that there is a "WAY" to meet her needs without you having to ask her?
What we found in the PowerfulMan group is a technique that we call the "HIDDEN MOTIVES" technique.

You argue about feeling not supported...

Episode #648
Do you feel like your wife lost her trust in you?
This is a common problem for most men.
They end up feeling confused because in their mind they are a good husband. Not cheating. Doing what they're told "good husbands" do. Going to work and providing for the family.
How can a wife lose her trust in her husband when he is doing all of these things?
Well, it is really simple.
Ask yourself this…how many times did you say you're going to be there on your special occasion, or that you're going to pick up the kids from school, or that you're coming home for dinner, and then for whatever reason…you didn't do it?
Did a few (or many) times come to mind?
These may seem like little things to you that don't matter in the scheme of life, but these pile up over time and end up chipping away at the trust she has in you.
And the sad thing is, this one thing has killed a ton of relationships.
If this feels familiar to you and you want to prevent this from happening, be the man of your word. Talk to your wife about it. Stop promising and start acting.

Episode #647
When you see a gap in yourself, you work to address it on your path to becoming a better man, right? So why do you hold back from calling out the gaps you see in others?
People fear that they're going to be rejected for pointing out what's going on. If we are a team and we are committed to achieving a goal together, then if we don't call out the gaps that we see in someone else, we're sacrificing our own progress - because as a team we all achieve that one goal together.
A lot of people want to be accepted because they feel that it's safer. Wanting to be liked, accepted, and wanting others to enjoy our company prevents us from stepping in and leading. As a leader, you need to call out the gaps. You have to bear the risk of people not accepting you - so that you can the right thing for yourself and the team.
In this episode, we talk about core values - how to call out the gaps, why people hold back from doing this, how to stop the cycle, and how to lead properly and powerfully.
